Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

• Dissatisfaction with the delivered design work after valid revision requests.

• Technical issues preventing access to digital files or design materials.

• Failure to meet agreed project milestones or delivery dates (without prior notice).

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The final design files have been approved or downloaded.

• The customer changes their mind after work has started.

• The delay or issue is caused by missing client information or delayed feedback.
