Eltchi Design Studio provides professional logo design, brand identity design, and visual content creation services.
Each project’s scope, pricing, and timeline are clearly defined and agreed upon before work begins.
3. Intellectual Property
All creative materials, design drafts, and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of Eltchi Design Studio until full payment has been received.
After final delivery and payment, ownership rights of the approved design files are transferred to the client.
We reserve the right to display non-confidential design work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, reference materials, and timely feedback.
Delays in feedback or missing information may result in project rescheduling or additional fees.
5. Revisions & Delivery
Each package includes a specific number of revisions as detailed on our pricing page.
Additional revisions beyond the included limit may incur extra charges.
Final files are delivered digitally via email or secure download links in formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or AI.
6. Payments
All payments for services must be made through the approved payment methods listed on our website.
Work will commence only after payment confirmation has been received.
All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of project delivery.
